Product Introduction
Currently, concrete admixtures have secured a strong position in the concrete industry due to their simultaneous effects on several properties of fresh and hardened concrete. According to international and national standards, a superplasticizer/high-range water reducer is defined as a material that significantly reduces the mixing water content without changing workability, or significantly increases slump or flowability without changing the water content, or provides both effects at the same time.
MABNA P-N-15 is a fourth-generation high-performance concrete superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate ether, produced by the Polycarboxylate Resin R&D Unit of Alvand Chemical Yaran Company. This product has been developed to produce concrete with a low water-to-cement ratio and high workability, and it also shows excellent performance in the production of self-compacting concrete (SCC).
The properties of MABNA P-N-15 normal superplasticizer in concrete include improved workability, adjustment of workability retention time according to execution requirements, enhanced concrete compaction, reduced concrete permeability through lowering the water-to-cement ratio, increased durability, and improved mechanical strength. Achieving high strength and durability with a moderate dosage is another advantage of this product. Due to its polycarboxylate chemical base, it is suitable for producing various special concretes, high-strength concretes, concretes with high pumpability, and for concreting in all structural elements such as slabs, foundations, walls, and piles. This product performs well with all types of cement and pozzolans, and the presence of clay in aggregates does not affect its initial workability or workability retention.
Based on the mentioned characteristics, the use of MABNA P-N-15 normal superplasticizer is possible under all climatic conditions. The optimal dosage depends on factors such as cement type, environmental conditions, and project requirements, and should be determined through laboratory or on-site testing.

Product Safety
This material is not classified as hazardous to health or the environment.
Avoid direct contact with eyes and ingestion.
In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
This material is non-flammable.
Avoid discharging it into surface or groundwater; dispose of waste through a wastewater treatment facility.
Method of Use
MABNA P-N-15 superplasticizer is ready to use and fully miscible with water in any proportion. It can be used both in batching plants and in truck mixers.
In batching or mixing units:
The admixture is preferably added together with the secondary portion of the mixing water to ensure uniform dispersion and optimal performance.
In ready-mix concrete truck mixers:
Pour the required amount of the admixture directly into the truck mixer, then mix at high speed for 3 to 5 minutes. After achieving full uniformity, the concrete is ready for discharge.
Dosage
The typical dosage range of this admixture is between 0.1% and 1.7% by weight of cementitious materials.
The exact dosage should be determined based on mix design conditions and through quality control tests conducted in a laboratory or at the project site.
