Concrete Antifreeze

MABNA CAF101 antifreeze is a cement hydration–accelerating admixture. Its mechanism of action shortens the setting time and accelerates the initial hardening of freshly poured concrete, thereby providing the early strength needed to resist freeze damage and enabling cold-weather placement.

Cementitious and Gypsum Artificial Stone Resin

MABNA A-S-50 resin, as an advanced polymer admixture, is considered a new generation of liquid resins based on modified polycarboxylate ether with high performance. This product is specifically engineered to significantly enhance the physical and chemical properties of manufactured stone and shows excellent compatibility with cementitious binders (such as Portland cement) as well as gypsum-based binders (such as alpha or beta gypsum).

Accelerating Superplasticizer

MABNA P-A-15 accelerating concrete superplasticizer is a new generation of chemical admixtures based on polycarboxylate ether that, by significantly reducing water consumption and accelerating initial setting, ensures concrete workability and durability under various climatic conditions, especially cold weather. With performance similar to but more advanced than traditional admixtures such as powdered and liquid antifreezes, this product is considered an effective solution for overcoming concreting limitations at low temperatures.

Normal Concrete Superplasticizer

At present, concrete admixtures have established their position in the concrete industry due to their simultaneous effects on several properties of fresh and hardened concrete. According to international and national standards, a superplasticizer/high-range water-reducing admixture is defined as a material that significantly reduces the amount of mixing water without changing workability, or significantly increases slump or flowability without changing the water content, or provides both effects simultaneously.

Retarding Superplasticizer for Concrete

MABNA P-R-16 concrete plasticizer is used to increase concrete workability in batching plants or at the project site. With its retarding property and slump retention in hot weather, this product is a suitable option for reducing the water-to-cement ratio of concrete in hot climates.
